Review of 2020 Intention Setting Guide
It's two weeks into 2020 — the perfect time to set the direction for your year.
Personally, I spent several hours over the holidays working through @gofitjo's 2019 retrospective and 2020 intention-setting guide. It was thorough, fun, a little raw/revealing in moments! Now it's something I wish I had done at the start of 2019!
