This site came at the right time for me. I needed to establish a daily writing habit. Having this tool, which allows me to track my streak and publish "quick hits," has been very valuable.
Pros:
Clean interface that makes it easy to just dive in and write and also connect with the community.
Thanks for the review Brandon! :) And thanks for gifting us your wisdom with your writings

I have been writing on this platform since it was born and from experience of using it, you have nothing to lose other than taking a short time a day to brainstorm of what to write and to write 200 words.
Pros:
1. Writing Improvement
2. Read a lot of articles from other writers
3. Brainstorming of what to write daily
4. Its is just 200 words a day!
Cons:
Have to write everyday, which indirectly converts to a personal advantage
@bsamel Yes! Happy New Year to you too! A brand new chapter for 200wordsaday! 🎉✨

Like most people I procrastinate. This App has helped me find the discipline to write each day. The gamification feature that shows how many days your "streak" is alive has given me the extra "nudge" some days when I didn't feel like doing shit. I highly recommend it.
Pros:
Thanks to Basile, the DEV who created 200 Words A Day, I am adding"writing" to my talent stack."
Awesome project @bsamel ! It's not easy to write everyday. As a blogger / freelance writer, I wish this community exists before. because being a writer can become so lonely sometimes. The people and support in this community would help overcome creativity block. Now I'm thinking to continue being a freelance writer or just learn how to code 😉 and build something.

Thanks! I definitely felt the loneliness when I started writing as well. Fortunately I know how to code so I was able to fix the problem, at least for me :P
Why do you need to choose? Do both!!! :D

Great idea and execution. It's funny, I tasked myself with writing 300 words a day two months ago. But life happened and I stopped. This product will help me get back the momentum I lost, and 200 is easier than 300. Thanks!
Really nice idea and project @bsamel! 👏 I've been authoring programming articles myself, and I know that it's not easy to concentrate when you need it, inspiration is not always there when you want it, and it takes time and dedication to write something really valuable. Your project sets a simple rule which, if respected, can turn anyone to a small (or big) writer in my opinion. Keep it up! 👍
