I recently had an issue where I could not find the INVOICES link for my account. The Support desk (Nikita A. in particular) was relentless with their support to solve my issue. Which by the way was NOT a problem on their end. As most support reps will tell you, it is most likely an END USER ISSUE (EUI). Sure enough I had logged in to the WRONG account (a free account) and then again, I created and logged in to an account MISSPELLING the email address. Nikita was very detail oriented and noticed my error. The app works great also. Thanks!

Overall, the WEB10 services are reliable and professional, while they provide excellent Web Hosting services. Maria and a few other of her colleagues helped me to resolve a technical glitch due to a software upgrade issue that temporarily disabled my website. Thankfully, WEB10's back-up system was able to restore my website's functionality within 10 minutes or less. This is a very important consideration when you require trustworthy web up-time, and what you would expect from a dependable Web Hosting service provider. Speaking to the 10WEB chatbot is a complete nightmare! Sorry but you need a lot of work there. But speaking to Ruzanna Tutoyan it was another very happy story. She guided me seamlessly through the process and provided the correct answers. She is amazing and an asset to 10WEB and those clients who will profit form her knowledge and excellent customer service. Many thanks Ruzanna!
