
I recently had an issue where I could not find the INVOICES link for my account. The Support desk (Nikita A. in particular) was relentless with their support to solve my issue. Which by the way was NOT a problem on their end. As most support reps will tell you, it is most likely an END USER ISSUE (EUI). Sure enough I had logged in to the WRONG account (a free account) and then again, I created and logged in to an account MISSPELLING the email address. Nikita was very detail oriented and noticed my error. The app works great also. Thanks!
