@jacqvon Thank you for asking us, we believe that people working in the field service are always in need of tools that help them get the job done in a easier way. We understand that technicians spend most of the day on road, that is why we can help them with Waze to show traffic, plan the interventions and have everything in the mobile.Both the manager and the technicians have access to this platform making it a two way channel. We want to eliminate the paperwork, as usually people have 5 times the same paper because it gets lost, the backup, etc.

I think it's a nice innovation in Europe, Belgian area as I see, because they are open to listen to the customer and "shape the app" for them :)
