Hello Product Hunt 👋
I’m Hillary, the maker of Waymark. Thank you for checking it out.
Waymark is a faith companion designed to help people understand Scripture and apply it to everyday life, without feeling overwhelmed or judged.
Why did I build Waymark?
As a kid, I was active in church. As I grew older, life got busy and my faith slowly became more occasional than intentional. In recent years, I’ve found myself returning to Christianity, going back to church more regularly, attending worship nights, and reconnecting with my faith.
I’ve always resonated more when pastors speak during Sunday services and relate God’s Word to everyday life. On my own, reading the Bible often felt overwhelming. I didn’t always know where to start, and even when I did, it was hard to understand how Scripture applied to daily situations.
I wanted guidance that felt practical, relatable, and supportive, especially during seasons when life felt uncertain. Waymark grew out of that need.
What does Waymark do?
Waymark focuses on one passage and one real-life situation at a time, using plain language and practical context.
With Waymark, you can:
Read short daily lessons explained simply
Find lessons that resonate with your current mood and season of life
See how Scripture connects to everyday situations
Save verses, highlight text, and reflect in a journal
Close each lesson with a prayer or reflection
Build a gentle daily habit without pressure
What’s next?
Waymark is preparing for its beta release. I’m sharing this early to learn what resonates and what could be better.
I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts in the comments:
