@kyrylosilin Good question! Thank you for your question. Our initial screening function has the following features: 1. Analyze resumes to build candidate profiles: By analyzing a candidate's uploaded resume, a certain portrait will be generated for him/her. For example, the skills they have acquired, their work experience, and whether their most recent job matches the position they are currently applying for. The simulation is the decision-making process of HR in the traditional process of screening resumes. 2. 2. Generate professional questions according to the position: Through the written job requirements, AI will analyze the conditions of the ideal employee for the position. And it generates corresponding interview questions so that it can have a comprehensive understanding of whether the candidate meets the requirements of the position. 3. Comprehensive scoring and scoring of each answer: The AI will score the candidate's performance in the whole interview and also evaluate the answers to each question. The whole AI scoring system will be more complete and logical. 4. 4. View the original video at any time: If you are worried about the ability of the AI, you can play back any of the candidate's videos. @blankwebdev No problem, I'm happy to share. Our initial seed user, Postcat, was a startup team working on an open source project. They successfully used VHire to recruit front-end development engineers. Based on my return visit to them, I mainly found that VHire helped them solve the following problems: 1. AI interviewer understands the professional knowledge. AI understands and comprehensively asks the professional knowledge related to front-end development, and has very accurate judgment on the questions answered by the candidates, which greatly reduces the analysis work of the interviewer. 2. They don't need to schedule interviews. They had more than 200 people submit resumes for their positions. With VHire, they don't need to arrange manpower for resume analysis and initial screening interviews. After getting up from a nap, the AI was able to complete interviews with all the applicants and sort them by score.

Create a position on VHire for the worker you need. 2. Copy the job interview link to the candidate interview (or you open to simulate the interview) 3. After the interview is completed, you can view the interview results to see if VHire's evaluation is biased against your idea.

You can create information about the position you want to interview for on the platform and the AI will automatically generate questions for the corresponding position. You can open the Candidate Interviews link yourself to practice interviews. After the interview you will get an AI rating, which you can use to improve your deficiencies.
