We feel that with this model we can actually compete with most models out there (in-house development, staffing, and dedicated teams). Basically, we find that most companies are offering in-house development and dedicated teams at very high prices to cover fix-costs and maximize profit and staff augmentation agencies provide talent and once that talent joins their clients team, they provide very little additional support from a purely technical (development) point of view. With this model we stand right in the middle, we are extremely transparent in terms of pricing, we are very cost effective, we take care of everything in terms of hiring, payouts, vacation time, etc. and also provide all of our software development expertise to help our clients build great software. We look to provide an all around solution.
