This is much needed by me.As I like to make my sites as user friendly and as easy to navigate as possible so this will simplify the whole feedback process.Even I dont like to send feedbacks on other sites due to it being hard to navigate so I imagine other people have the same issue.

I currently use Google Forms for this. Maybe I'll have to check this bad boy out to improve the UX!
