Just a note: The process for migrating to Two-Factor Authentication from Two-Step Verification is somewhat confusing. First you have to disable Two-Step in your Apple account by answering your 3 security questions and providing your account password. Once you've got this disabled, some account functionality in OS X may cease to function momentarily and ask for your password again for your Apple account. On iOS, iCloud will prompt you for your password as well. When you've finished with that, go to the Two-Factor page and follow the instructions to enable it on your account.
