We wanted to bring multiple topics scattered across the internet into one and wanted to go beyond the five letter word constraint the the original game has. One of the annoying parts of Wordle for us is the need to write guesses down because the game interface does not allow you to put letters anywhere you like. That and the absence of information if the player discovered a letter that exists multiple times.
