@aaronoleary , before the release of Ticketrilla, the client should have known where he can get support for each product on his WordPress site. This may be e-mail, third-side sites, the site of the developer and many other options. The client had to register on each site separately and track the responses. With Tiketrilla a client can get the support of all installed plugins and themes directly from their site! It is very comfortable!
