Great idea, it's doing what it's meant to do :D One suggestion, text it's a bit narrowed, maybe you can consider a Sans font for a better accessibility

Is it possible to inject some remarketing script before the redirect?

@volcareso Oh the idea is to inject retargeting scripts (on purpose) ala https://rocketlink.io/

@volcareso Yes and facebook. For context, Many marketers use short links for sending prospects to landing pages, but you can also use them when sharing on social media. If you can then retarget anyone who clicked your share, thats a pretty powerful way to build your retargeting list.
