Not the usual Notion template launch! It's Bipolar awareness day on the 30th of March. I am launching the Bipolar Journal for free over the weekend. It is a comprehensive and functional digital companion for sufferers to help manage the illness.

Hey Product Hunt Fam, Firstly this launch is obviously not going to be for everyone! However if you know someone who suffers from Bipolar disorder this might be the tool that helps them get back to a more balanced life. My name is Dominic and my mom has Bipolar type 1. The illness has been a massive part of our lives and that's the motive behind creating this product. I wan't people to have better tools to help them. This study highlights the lack of digital tools people with Bipolar have access to. https://journalbipolardisorders.... Everyone's experience with the illness is unique and the optimal treatment plan is unique too. Notion is perfect for this purpose as it makes the journal interactive, customizable and collaborative. Users can add their healthcare professionals or close friends and family to their journal and keep honest and present to their plan. My roadmap for the template is constant iteration and support. The journal is modular and like I say everyone's ideal treatment plan is unique... So the more content and options I can provide the better. Thank you for reading.
