Ten Points: Behaviour and wellbeing tools for schools

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m James, one of the founders of Ten Points. Ten Points started from a simple frustration we saw in schools: most behaviour systems focus on what students do wrong, rather than recognising what they do right. We wanted to flip that. Ten Points helps schools recognise positive behaviour, track wellbeing, and build stronger classroom culture. Teachers can reward students for living school values, pupils engage with gamified rewards and avatars, and school leaders gain real-time insights into behaviour and wellbeing across the school. The product was created by teachers, and it has been shaped directly with feedback from educators. Some of the things we’ve built so far include: • Positive behaviour recognition tied to school values • Gamified rewards and pupil avatars • Daily wellbeing check-ins to identify pupils who may need support • Behaviour and wellbeing analytics for school leadership • Classroom tools like seating planners and timers What’s been most exciting is seeing how schools use the platform not just for behaviour management, but to strengthen culture and celebrate success across the school community.
