Tapflow
Max, founder of Tapflow, here 👋
A year ago, together with my co-founder Azamat, we launched the first version of Tapflow on Product Hunt.
It was just a few of us, bootstrapping everything — building, learning, rebuilding again.
That launch gave us momentum — and direction.
It’s what got us here.
Today, we’re launching Tapflow 2.0 — the version where everything comes together, and the vision starts to really take shape.
🧠 Why we built it:
So much valuable knowledge stays buried in notes, docs, and chats — never reaching the people who need it.
Most professionals don’t realize they’re sitting on something others would pay for.
We’ve been there — and built Tapflow to change that.
What gets in the way?
- No time to turn ideas into something structured
- Imposter syndrome: “Who would pay for this?”
- “It’s not that special.”
Tapflow helps turn your workflows, systems, and frameworks into structured, sellable products — fast.
It fits naturally into how you already work.
No need to learn a new tool, or break focus.
You can even publish early to test if it’s something people want.
🌱 What’s already happening:
- Senior designers are selling their own design systems and processes.
- Founders are sharing product and marketing playbooks.
- AI engineers are publishing implementation frameworks.
- Devs are turning internal docs into paid guides.
Some of them use Tapflow for side income. Others have already passed $50K+.
🚀 What’s new in 2.0:
- Real-time collaboration (early beta)
- Product/chapter scheduling (plan your drops)
- Sub-pages and hierarchy
- Fast publishing and cleaner experience for members
- Updated editor with tables, dividers, and drag & drop
- Stripe / PayPal / LemonSqueezy support
- Coming soon: subscriptions and payment plans
🔮 What’s next:
- Email sequences and nudges
- Homework & feedback modules
- Storefront & product page customization
- AI-powered automations
- Reviews and community threads
- Lightweight live sessions & webinars
🙏 Thanks for checking us out.
Would love your thoughts, feedback — or just a hello.

@hewmax Does it support collaboration with different permission levels? Like having writers vs. editors
Tapflow
@hamza_afzal_butt Right now we’ve got basic collaboration in early beta — you can build together in real time.
More advanced roles and permission levels are coming soon. Definitely on the list for team-driven launches.
Tapflow
@hewmax Good luck 🤞

I can't wait to try the new version of Tapflow 2.0! Knowledge monetization is exactly what I'm looking for, and the whole process seems very smooth. I'm looking forward to earning my first small income with it!
Tapflow
@nicoleastor Thanks, excited to see what you’ll build!
FuseBase
@hewmax lovely UI! ❤️ I want the product page to match my site - any plans for custom fonts/colors? congrats with the launch!
Tapflow
@kate_ramakaieva Thanks! You can already tweak text with custom colors inside the editor. Full storefront theming (brand palette + fonts) is on the way—stay tuned. 🙌

What's better than hunting a product you're a customer of? 🥳

The guys have big plans for growth and I can only recommend Tapflow to everyone.
More knowledge and value to this world 🌏
Tapflow
@mituhin Huge thanks for hunting us and for being one of the first to actually ship something on Tapflow. Means a lot.
Your course is super practical, especially for founders who don’t come from a marketing background and bootstrapping 💀. That’s exactly the kind of value we want Tapflow to help publish.
Appreciate you being part of this from day one ♥

@hewmax LFG!!!!
Tapflow
@mituhin thank you for your trust!

Tapflow
@supa_l thanks! You wrote the tagline we couldn’t.
Super nice tool! I've waited for that for long time. Will you be adding support for memberships or subscription-based products?
Tapflow
@frankk Appreciate it!
Subscriptions are definitely on the roadmap, they’ll land a bit later. Right now we’re focused on helping creators launch fast and start selling. Recurring revenue’s not far behind 🌀
Tapflow
@frankk Thanks! Glad it resonates.
Memberships and subscriptions are on the roadmap — we’ll add them later on.
I’m not really a “course creator” but I’ve got a bunch of internal docs and templates I’ve built over the years — would love to monetize them. Any thoughts on use cases like that? Do you see Tapflow working beyond just classic education products?
Tapflow
@max_zhang2 Totally. Plenty of folks on Tapflow aren’t doing “courses” in the traditional sense, they’re packaging templates, docs, workflows, even email sequences.
If it’s useful and not illegal, you can it here 😇
Tapflow
@max_zhang2 Absolutely — that’s exactly who Tapflow is for.
It works great for internal docs, templates, systems, frameworks — anything structured and useful. Doesn’t have to be a “course.” If it helps someone get from A to B faster, it’s a product.
