SuperSimpleScrum

Lightweight scrum board for solo developers and small teams

Most scrum tools are built for enterprise teams. SuperSimpleScrum is built for solo developers and small teams. It removes story points, sprint planning, and velocity tracking. Three tabs: backlog, active, and complete. Stories contain tasks that move from todo to doing to done. Features marked as green, bugs as red. Drag and drop on desktop, tap-to-move on mobile since touch screens don't work well with dragging. No configuration needed.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Brandon, and I built SuperSimpleScrum because I got tired of project management tools feeling like a second job. Why I built this: I'm a developer working on side projects and small team work. Trello felt too loose - everything became a mess. Jira felt like overkill - I spent more time configuring workflows than actually working. I just wanted something in between. What I learned building it: My first onboarding flow had 100% drop-off. I was asking users for too much info upfront. Had to completely strip it down. Mobile matters way more than I expected. Drag and drop is terrible on phones, so I built a tap-to-move system instead. Developers want structure, not process. Story points and sprint ceremonies feel like busywork for solo work. What I'm working on next: Team collaboration features are the most requested. Ability to invite teammates, assign tasks, and manage permissions. I'd love your feedback on: What would make you switch from your current tool? What's missing that would be a dealbreaker? Honest thoughts on pricing ($7/mo for Pro)? I'm here all day to answer questions and genuinely want to make this better based on what you tell me. Thanks for checking it out!
