Subprocessor Registry

Public, versioned subprocessor disclosures you can trust

Subprocessor Registry is a simple way to publish and manage your subprocessor list as a permanent public record. Maintain a single canonical URL, track changes over time, and publish timestamped updates that security teams can trust. Designed to support SOC 2, GDPR, and vendor risk reviews without PDFs, spreadsheets, or manual updates.

What do you think? …

Subprocessor Registry started because this kept coming up over and over again: security teams asking for subprocessor lists, and companies replying with PDFs or spreadsheets that were already out of date the moment they were sent. Those files get emailed around, copied, slightly edited, and pretty quickly nobody knows which version is actually current. We wanted a single canonical URL that always reflects the latest disclosure, clearly shows when it was last published, and creates a real record when changes happen. The goal isn’t to add more compliance work. It’s to make this part of security and vendor reviews simpler for everyone involved. If you’ve ever been asked for your subprocessors during a SOC 2, GDPR, or vendor risk review, I’d genuinely love to hear what you think.
