Hey PH community! I’m excited to introduce Strides, a more human-centric running coach shaped by real life. I spent the last eight years as a dedicated endurance runner, marathon training, ultra training, the works- driven by the love of pushing my limits. But after having a baby, I realised the old “every run or you fall off plan” grind didn’t fit anymore. Life got joyful, unpredictable, and demanding in new ways and I wanted a training plan that respected that, instead of punishing me for it. Strides was born from that life shift. It’s a training companion that adapts to me- not the other way around. Missed sleep, long workdays, or parenting duties? Strides scales the next workout back, focusing on recovery. Hit a PR or felt fresh and strong? It ramps things up so I can build on my momentum. In other words: real life + real performance = a running plan that flexes with you. If you care about staying fit but also keeping balance in life, I’d love for you to try Strides. Your feedback will shape its future. Big thanks in advance 🙏 and to all you runners, parents, professionals juggling a million things: welcome to Strides.

@garydevenay This is so relatable to what's going on in my life. I've tried Runna and static training plans for my marathon, but none really cater to major lifestyle changes, like having kids. I like how it uses dynamic intelligence to fit around other commitments, not just assuming you skipped a run because you're lazy or unmotivated. Can't wait to use this for an upcoming 10km race!

@jad_2023 Absolutely. There comes a time for all of us when life has to take over. Glad to have you onboard. Please share how the 10k goes!
