Hi Product Hunt! 👋
We built Standup Hiro because daily stand-ups—while well-intentioned—have become one of the most frustrating rituals for modern teams. They interrupt flow, rarely stay on time, and often feel like status theater. In distributed teams, it’s even worse: juggling time zones, calendars, and attention spans just to say “still working on the same thing.”
Standup Hiro is a voice-based agent that replaces your daily meeting with async check-ins. You speak like a human when you're walking, commuting, and in between tasks, and Hiro transcribes, summarizes, and shares updates with the team. Blockers get flagged. Only the right people get pulled into live conversations. Everyone else gets their time back.
We’ve used this ourselves to reclaim hours of focus time each week, and we’re excited to open it up to other teams.
If you’ve ever rolled your eyes before a stand-up call… this is for you. Would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or ideas. hanks for checking it out!

A focused, effective and surprisingly fun tool that's cut about 80% off the time needed for stand-ups. We have engineers in several time zones so aligning calendars is always difficult. Hiro calls up each team member, they talk through their progress and blockers, and I get a status report that let's me run fewer, more efficient meetings. Really impressed by the voice interaction and the team loves it too.
