Hey Product Hunt friends šŸ‘‹ Today, we are excited to launch our AI productivity analytics that allows you to automatically track your time right from your calendar. Reclaim.ai is an AI calendar app that finds the best time for your tasks, habits, meetings, and breaks — and allows you to track your productivity and work-life balance through Google Calendar. 🄵 What's the problem most people face today? - 60.2% of people are burned out - 7.6 hours of overtime/week - 25.6 meetings/week - 53.5% of planned tasks actually get completed - 2.24 hours/day only for actual productive task work This is obviously a major problem — people have way more work than time, spend over half their workweek in meetings, and are forced to work into nights and weekends to try to keep up. Instead of running yourself into the ground, start tracking where you spend your time every week so you can get your meetings under control, defend more productive work time, limit distractions, and keep your work within the workday. šŸ“Š Here's what you can analyze with AI time tracking: - Task time - Habits time - Time in meetings (team vs. one-on-one vs. external) - Heaviest & lightest meeting days - Who you meet with most - Number of meetings declined - Vacation/PTO time - Breaks & travel time - Hours worked outside of working hours - Time on personal activities - Deep work vs. shallow work - Most productive day - Focus Time hours reclaimed Get all these metrics 100% free forever, and start having more productive workweeks that don't burn you out. šŸ†“ Connect your calendar to start tracking your time: https://bit.ly/reclaim-ai-analytics

@kristi_anderson Reclaim is back :)) This would probably help a lot of hustlers, makers in the community since most of them goes out their way to make things happen :) Crucial to have!
Antoni Kozelski

Interesting app! What if employers start using it to track their employees? I use a productivity app within VScode to track my coding hours.

@kingromstar Great question. This is one of the key questions we ask ourselves every day, because we do NOT want Reclaim to be a tool used for surveillance or any sort of negative workplace experience. I could go on a lot longer on various ways we address this, but from a technical standpoint the answer is quite simple: Reclaim only provides the same information that someone would be able to see by looking at their teammate's calendar.
Sandra Djajic
Great tool, congratulations on your launch!! I am actually excited to try it out since I need to restore my work-life balance. Working in a growing start-up it might me challenging, but health comes always first!!
Kristi Anderson
@sandradjajic we can't wait to hear what you think! Best features to explore for work-life balance are Habits (to defend time for things like lunch), Buffer Time (to auto-schedule breaks), Slack status sync (to limit interruptions), and Calendar Sync (to privately protect personal events on your work calendar) šŸ˜€
Israt Jahan
The product seems amazing. Congrats on your launch.
Kristi Anderson
@isratjahan17 thank you! We're excited to hear what you think!
Dan Tegzes
the value proposition is clear: 7.6 hours claimed per week, or in other words, a whole working day! I'm curious, is this an estimate or an average? Congrats on the launch!
Kristi Anderson
@dan_tegzes that's right, 7.6 more productive hours/week is just our average -- many users reclaim far more through smarter planning, better prioritization, and less context switching throughout the workday šŸš€
Vittori
kudos to the whole team for the launch!
Kristi Anderson
Thank you @alighned79 - we're happy to be here with the launch!
šŸ’” Bright idea
Congratulations Team AI Productivity Analytics! Phenomenal launch on Producthunt! Your detail-oriented features, especially the insightful 'Deep vs. shallow work' analysis, are undoubtedly game changers in the personal productivity sphere. Just a quick suggestion - in addition to the current features, maybe considering incorporating a goal setting and progress tracking function could take this tool to the next level. Nevertheless, brilliant work and looking forward to exploring the product more!
Kristi Anderson
@manmohit absolutely! Happy to share we have a goal-setting feature on our roadmap, so we can help people better track and prioritize their workweek around where they want to spend their time šŸ™Œ
