Curious how does Slicker helps with failed subscriptions exactly with AI, compared with other retry tools?

Hey @saite_yuan, good question. Most retry tools (especially the ones bundled with billing providers) retry on a set schedule. They will do 3-5 retries and call it a day. We are trying to analyze the behaviour of the card issuer and both when and how much we can retry. AI helps with this :) We still have safeguards and configuration options our customers can set, but we find we get the best results when we let our ML engine make most of the decisions

Hey @grgrn, exactly. It is dynamic and highly personalized to you as the merchant, to your customer, their card issuer, the type of payment error that occurred, etc.
