Sketch 2 Runway

Hi Product Hunt 👋 Sketch2Runway started from a very practical problem. I was helping a friend who designs garments, and we kept running into the same issue: sketches are fast and flexible, but it’s really hard to imagine how a design will look on a real person in motion. The usual options were either expensive photoshoots or going through a time-consuming garment demo and sampling process, which often feels too heavy for early-stage ideas. The first version of Sketch2Runway was extremely simple — just upload a sketch and see if AI could generate something that captured the silhouette and movement. Early results were rough, but surprisingly useful for quick concept validation. Over time, the focus shifted away from “perfect realism” and more toward: - seeing garments in motion - understanding proportions and flow - keeping the workflow as simple as possible Right now, the tool generates short runway-style videos (around 5/10 seconds) and is very much still early. I’m sharing it here to learn from the community.
