I built SiapApply because I was tired of being a "copy-paste machine." During my own job search, I spent hours every day feeding job descriptions into ChatGPT and manually updating my CV. It was an exhausting, soul-crushing loop that made me feel more like a robot than a candidate. I knew there had to be a way to use AI to work for us, not just add more manual tasks to our plate. Most job seekers today face a "black hole" where their talent is ignored because their resume isn't "pixel-perfect" for a specific Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generic AI builders often create fluff; what we actually need is strategic alignment. What started as a personal script to save myself time evolved into a full-scale companion app. I shifted from a simple "resume editor" to a comprehensive ecosystem that handles: - CV Suitability Analysis: Knowing exactly where you stand before you hit apply. - AI Tailoring: Automatically aligning your experience with specific job keywords. - Holistic Prep: Generating matching cover letters and even interview practice questions tailored to that specific role.
