We automatically ingest incident and ticket data from your incident management system, and apply a machine learning algorithm to filter and group tickets. The whole idea is to overcome data that is usually messy, so that managers can easily see trends and patterns that could improve team performance without wasting time scrubbing and aggregating the records manually. Then if you want, you can configure and refine the automated categorization as you start seeing the first reports.
