What a cool idea @jonurbonas! I wanted to try it out - but there is no "Contact Us" link on the site in case I have a question or want to cancel or request a refund, there are no updated previous week's predictions posted since Oct 2024, and the site states it's not a betting site, yet you display pop-up messages like "Sophia K won $374 betting on Newcastle vs Aston Villa - Verified by Stripe" on the site. I'm sure you have a legit product but all these things make it seem kinda scammy. Sorry, I don't mean to be too harsh.
I really wanted to like this - but I'm definitely skeptical now.

@jashenk Hey Jeff, this is some great feedback, thank you! Allow me to answer a few of these:
First and foremost, one thing to understand is that we are still early stage and experimenting quite a bit, including the website itself. There was no intent to hide a Contact Us option and it is available once you use the platform, it is simply something we've missed after updating the design, so thank you for pointing it out, will add asap! The pop-up messages are based on what people told us they've managed to win using our predictions, so we are not a betting site and never intend to be. Hope this helps!
@jonurbonas Thanks for the response! Yeah, that's what I thought at first when I saw those pop-ups, but the "Verified by Stripe" is what turned me off since I figured Stripe wasn't really involved at all.

Curious about the 81% win claim, is there some data to back this up as it does sound like too good to be true.

There are no legal concerns, as our platform does not promote or encourage betting. Instead, it’s designed to offer users faster, unbiased insights into matches. While it can support more informed decision-making for those interested in betting, the tool is equally valuable for fans who simply enjoy the game.
