"Follows up until the deal closes" made me wince a little. On WhatsApp the third unanswered follow-up is usually where people just block you. Can I cap how many it sends before it hands the lead back to a human?

Came over for the ai sales rep, but the homepage opens on a team inbox platform and the rep is the third section down, is launch traffic meant to land somewhere else, or am i reading it wrong
