@eugenehp Hey Eugene. Sorry but I don't buy that. That's not a viable business model for a solo-founder like me. What we want to offer is based on our ground beliefs. We want to make a great support experience for our customers, to delight the customers of our customers 😀 It's better for me to increase the value of the product that I'm making, instead of lowering the price with some consequences of quality or anything in between.

Congrats! I'd love to hear more about your thoughts with dealing with industry/vertical-specific bots (e.g. https://www.toucanai.com/) that are likely to have elevated conversion rates due to their developers better fitting the usecase. Wonder how this would work (or rather, how we can be confident it would work) for more niche situations/developers since AI models need proper data. Good luck!

The magic is not on the live chat alone, but the bots that would comfort you to have a dedicated down time because it would answer people's questions when you're offline. Also, we always design with simplicity and speed in mind, because the end goal of those is claiming back your valuable time to get calm, focused, and energized to do anything else that matters.
