Great designs! @wilbertliu You should give 1 year for free for product hunters. You'll have much better ROI. Also adding a viral factor, and offering 3 mints of free plan to referrals will get your a nice growth traction!

@eugenehp Hey Eugene. Sorry but I don't buy that. That's not a viable business model for a solo-founder like me. What we want to offer is based on our ground beliefs. We want to make a great support experience for our customers, to delight the customers of our customers šŸ˜€ It's better for me to increase the value of the product that I'm making, instead of lowering the price with some consequences of quality or anything in between.

Congrats! I'd love to hear more about your thoughts with dealing with industry/vertical-specific bots (e.g. https://www.toucanai.com/) that are likely to have elevated conversion rates due to their developers better fitting the usecase. Wonder how this would work (or rather, how we can be confident it would work) for more niche situations/developers since AI models need proper data. Good luck!

You feed it with data of the business context that you have – e.g pricing, license, or anything else on your FAQ page. Let Revolver AI & machine learning learn from those and answer customers.
