I have just checked out your app. It is not too bad. In its early stages - right? From what I can gather after building non-code AI chatbots myself on VoiceFlow and BotPress - well a little code with API endpoints to connect apps. From the dashboard, it is not clear how you would allow business owners to set it up easily with an LLM. I think it needs to work on this area. If it has more functionality to use the app properly for a business. Would be the best. Just my opinion. Overall, the voice is not bad - the voice is clear, real, and fast to respond. The conversational assistant is based on how well your LLM is - right? I think you should use an even more detailed conversational AI for the demo, where you can ask it more questions about the service. I am just trying to help. I review a ton of AI apps.

Actually, we're focusing solely on the voice component and recommend our users to integrate their own LLM instead of relying on a simple prompt to create an agent. Currently, we're in the early stages, but we're committed to pushing hard to develop the best voice AI that's indistinguishable from humans.

@evie_wang1 That is what I thought. So my suggestion is to add a few video tutorials, embed a template for quick install into private LLMs of your stand alone app (a few companies are doing this), and a few more functions. And your market will grow so much. Not all coders visit your site, I know a bit, but business owners might get put off as the UI is not intuitive enough for non-coders. Again just a suggestion.

No other API is close to Retells dev experience to be honest. I was able to prototype under an hour, with out of the box features: full pausing, natural voices, reminders, etc. This got me enough confidence to bet on Retell, though it's super early and not open source and to use this and start a critical public feature
