I'm excited to share HRG Portal, a project I built to solve a problem many companies, big and small, struggle with: managing employee grievances/concerns in a way that's fair, confidential, and efficient.
Traditional methods like email inboxes or basic forms can be chaotic for HR and feel like a black box for employees. You submit a concern and have no idea what's happening with it.
I wanted to create a solution that brings clarity and structure to the process. HRG Portal gives employees a simple, guided way to submit issues and a private dashboard to track their case from open to resolved. For HR teams, it provides a powerful admin interface to manage everything in one place, ensuring no ticket falls through the cracks.
I'm incredibly proud that HRG Portal is already being implemented by a $200M+ industry-leading company, which validated the need for a secure, enterprise-ready tool. This platform was built to handle the demands of a modern workforce from day one.
This was built with Next.js, ShadCN, and Tailwind, Postgres and I'm really proud of the clean and intuitive interface.
