What inspired you to build this?
I built Resolve because drafting complaint or refund letters shouldn't be stressful or time-consuming. Many people struggle with phrasing their requests clearly, which leads to delays, ignored messages, or unnecessary escalation. Resolve produces concise, professional letters instantly, complete with escalation steps and correct contact details.
What problem are you trying to solve?
People waste hours second-guessing their wording or give up entirely when dealing with customer service. Resolve ensures the message is clear, professional, and actionable, so users get results faster with less stress. The letters use refined prompts and tone control to be practical for real-world consumer disputes.
How did your approach evolve while working on this launch?
I started with simple AI prompts but quickly realised generic outputs weren't actionable. I refined the system to create structured letters, added automatic escalation steps, and implemented checks for real support contact information. I also focused on subscription flow, UX, and trust signals like privacy and secure processing, so paying users feel confident using Resolve immediately. The launch became a research project on minimising friction whilst maximising results.
