Today, we are happy to launch Reply Now for Intercom, our standalone product that lets users connect their social communication channels to Intercom. Intercom is a great platform for customer support and lead generation. However, it lacks connection with messengers. From our side, we enabled handling WhatsApp chats (both regular and business accounts), Facebook Messenger for pages, Telegram bots and Viber Business Accounts in Intercom making this integration really powerful! We are looking forward to hearing your feedback and hope you enjoy using our great application.

Super awesome product in terms of UX and idea! I've been managing my previous business and messengers was a main channel for sales and support. Because you don't loose your lead in Telegram of FB Messenger after user leaving a website. And this flow way more natural and easier for user versus leaving email and waiting for the response. I would be happy to test it with Intercom.
