Repeating the interview questions takes a long time and its exhausting, sending an interview to a company will save the time and money put for scheduling emailing and phone screening. With crowd sourcing/share economy and referral services industry experts can filter/evaluate and assess the candidates skills and match them with the right team. and get paid to do that. after all: who is better to assess a candidate hard/soft skills other than field experts who been doing that for years?

Congrats on your launch! Interviews are more time intensive, which is why employers screen through resumes to go through more people and spend less time, do you think employers would really save time with this? Though I can definitely see it saving time for employees!

@richard_gao2 Thank you Richard, yes this should save time for both companies/recruiters and the candidates. 65% of companies find the hardest thing about hiring is assessing skills before the final interviews, and the best in assessing skills (and helping improving them) is the field seniors who knows it inside out.

@janim007 Seems very very beneficial for employees and for employers as well. So I've gone through the app itself and did encounter some bugs which I'd like to report but couldn't find where to report them. Anyway, I also liked the evaluator concept as well. Upvoted!
