Scam, be very careful with this company! Like many other users, I have been scammed by this company. After buying a LTD license with lifetime access, they blocked my access, waiting several months until I had fully configured several projects. Now I have no possibility to consult or export my data. How to trust your business to this kind of companies that can change their mind and use almost mafia-like tactics? Don't do it, look for an honest alternative. It is a company with a very good marketing, a good image and a good website, but the tool never works well, it has many bugs and latency, it is not accurate, and the roadmap never advanced much, except to add superfluous payment options, money, money, money. Fortunately, I still have an SE Ranking account, a much more powerful and fine-tuned software, with constant improvements and excellent support.

I recently had a terrible experience with RankTracker. Their service was not working due to servers being offline and their support team were very hostile and unhelpful when I contacted them. When the servers were back online, my account did not have any plan so I was unable to use it again. When I asked for help again, they told me will help according to the contract in 14 working days, so this is how much will take them to assign my account to the plan again. I was very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend RankTracker to anyone.

But anyways, if you had purchased via appsumo yes the partnership agreement is 14 business days for resolution of the issue. This is why you would have been told this. I pay to use ranktracker. I have used competing products. I work in seo as an advisor. RankTracker has some good features that i find saves me time when preparing reports for both clients and prospects. One of the most important requirements is accurately reporting exact rankings, and this tool, most of the time, is fairly accurate. I don’t think any tool will be 100% accurate, when handling large amounts of data scans of serps. I see Felix actively replying to my customer service requests. He’s approachable, and i have seen improvements. There are significant costs associated with run a serp rank tracker, so for the price, this seems good value, I’d like to see more visualisations of the data, especially more visuals relating to competitor rankings over time, but i am sure that it will come. There is a useful competitor tracker, with small graphs, and i hope that visualisation improves over time. I would recommend trying this product and a few others at the same time to see the differences in data visualisation. This works for me.
