I recently had a terrible experience with RankTracker. Their service was not working due to servers being offline and their support team were very hostile and unhelpful when I contacted them. When the servers were back online, my account did not have any plan so I was unable to use it again. When I asked for help again, they told me will help according to the contract in 14 working days, so this is how much will take them to assign my account to the plan again. I was very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend RankTracker to anyone.
