Grow more. Waste less. Enterprise corporate cards built from the ground up to save your company money: issue unlimited cards and eliminate overspend with our advanced savings reports and 1.5% cash back on everything.
Reviewers mostly praise Ramp for cutting finance busywork: receipt tracking, categorization, reimbursements, bill pay, and card reconciliation are described as simple, fast, and often a single source of truth for spend. Users say it saves meaningful time in close processes, while founders of Browserbase and Katalyst highlight automation like receipt extraction, policy checks, auto-categorization, and easy subscription cancellation. Still, feedback is not uniform: one user found the interface crowded and accountant-first, and another had a sharply negative identity-verification experience.
Ramp significantly improves how we manage vendor spending. It simplifies receipt tracking and categorization across the org. I'm able to group expenses by category and team.
What needs improvement
The user interface is a little crowded and doesn't quite match the way that I think about spending and cards. It is built for an accountant, not a business owner. On the bright side, the omni-search functionality makes finding what I need easier.
If you manage multiple business entities, having the ability to search across all of them would be appreciated.
Ramp has saved our team 8 hours on time in our close process since switching from a competitor, 5 hours processing credit card transactions and 3 hours processing invoices.
Love that Ramp is our one and only source of truth for all things non people spend (currently using Credit Card, Bill-Pay, and Reimbursement features).
Took all my personal info, denied me for no reason because they couldn't verify my identity despite linking my bank account and giving them all statements, sending email from work domain, and answering every question in detail. Feels like I just got scammed in a info harvesting operation.
