Pulse AI is a voice AI that answers your restaurant’s phone, takes orders in natural conversation, and sends them directly to your point-of-sale (Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Cake, NCR/Aloha). No extra staff needed for the phone; orders show up in your POS and print in the kitchen like any other order.
We kept seeing restaurants either ignore the phone during busy hours or waste time on simple ‘I’d like to place an order’ calls. So we built Pulse AI: an AI that answers the phone, uses your real menu (synced from your POS), takes the order, and sends it straight to your system. Same flow as a human taking a phone order—just always available and consistent.
