As Head of Product in a scaling SaaS company, I lived the chaos firsthand: • Discovery in one tool • Specs in another • Strategy decks nobody reads • Jira tickets detached from real context • And AI copilots that help you write… but not decide Product work didn’t get simpler. It just got fragmented faster. At the same time, coding went agentic. Developers now orchestrate multiple AI agents to build software. But product management? Still manual glue work.
