It seems that your primary use case is that on abandonment, providing an offer (personalized, etc.) causes increased shopping cart completion. Whats the standard percentage of capture within this dynamic? Also seems that many of your case studies/marquee clients are either international/SMBs. Do you see shopping cart behavior change based on US vs. World and/or size of SKU DB?
