Petsies

In my life, ordering from them is one of my biggest regret. The dog stuffed toy they have send me is not at all resembles the actual one. Even if I m drunk and has a drizzly vision, this thing will be close to the actual one. And it cost me heavily more than the amount I paid. I selected for sit down pose, they gave me standing pose. The quality of legs is so poor, that the toy barely stands. I can understand pain of everyone in review section with poor reviews. Save your money, don’t buy from them.

After months of waiting for my petsie to come in of my beloved dog chevy who passed away, finally the plush came in and looked nothing like my dog. The color is off, the face looks like a completely different breed. After reaching out to customer support, their answer is basically it doesnt matter if you are happy with it or not this is what you get and we'll make another one for 75 bucks... why would i want you to make another one when you cant even get the first one right??

It's funny how, as I read through the reviews, I realize that many people have faced the same issue. I had been eagerly waiting for almost 6 months to receive an item that I planned to give to my fiance, who had recently lost her dog. Finally, when I received it and presented it to her, my excitement turned into frustration. Upon opening the box, I was incredibly disappointed to find that the dog figurine bore no resemblance to the actual picture provided. It lacked any of the details that were promised. What made matters worse was the exorbitant price I had paid for it. If you've had a positive experience with this company, then congratulations to you. However, from my perspective, it felt like a gamble.

Received my Petsie today. This is my 2nd purchase, the first was from their partner company “Budsie”. I have to share my disappointment with the shipment and packaging. It was flimsy and loosely packaged, largely unsecured with shoddy taping. It looked like product fell out and was shoved back into the box. Not at all representative of the premium price I paid for it. Inside the box was my Petsie just on top of wrinkled tissue paper. This is consistent with my Budsie experience. The so called “high quality craftsmanship” for an expensive keepsake did not extend to the customer experience of unpacking. Packing team needs to recognize this and do better.

I received my petsie today and I have to say it doesn't look like the photos I sent in even the one that was packed with the petsy shipment I'm pretty disappointed. It does not resemble a Chihuahua. it looks more like a husky puppy. The description I gave was that Mickey was a small breed Chihuahua and he only weighed 4 lbs. The thickeness of this plush does not match either.

I was so impressed by the Petsies team that I'm shocked to ever see a bad review. Not only are they extremely talented (they nailed all the details of my pet - he looks perfect), but they are also just lovely human beings! Seriously, reach out to their CSR team or whoever managers their social media and you'll actually be talking to a real person that cares about their customers. 5 stars!!

Very satisfied. Took about 2 months to get the plushie but they make it similar to our passed away dog. I took the sneak peek option to get a preview of the plushie before delivery. No regret, every one at home was happy with the result

I seriously can't fathom how people are leaving bad reviews. They are some of the kindest people I've ever worked with! And they did an incredible job on my two Petsies. I got an Irish Setter (24 inches - he's HUGE lol) and a cockapoo (16 inches). I've also gotten pillows, blankets and even their felted ornaments as gifts for family and friends. Everyone is obsessed! Also, for people saying they only show good reviews, you can't actually delete reviews with Google. And almost all of their reviews on Google are super positive!

I am extremely happy with my Petsies purchase! My 16inch stuffed dog turned out so adorable. It is a treasured memory of my best friend now gone. I highly suggest that you use the option of the sneak peak to view your Petsies thru the creative process. This allows your input to get the details just right, as only you can know. The designers take your comments and adjust the changes to get you exactly what you want! That is a great provision for a one of a kind creation. I also ordered a printed pillow of my cat. When the pillow was lost and never arrived, customer service was so accommodating and understanding that they made another one for me at no extra cost! Who does that? They have been awesome throughout the whole process! I highly recommend Petsies and I will be ordering from them again!
