After months of waiting for my petsie to come in of my beloved dog chevy who passed away, finally the plush came in and looked nothing like my dog. The color is off, the face looks like a completely different breed. After reaching out to customer support, their answer is basically it doesnt matter if you are happy with it or not this is what you get and we'll make another one for 75 bucks... why would i want you to make another one when you cant even get the first one right??
