Received my Petsie today. This is my 2nd purchase, the first was from their partner company “Budsie”. I have to share my disappointment with the shipment and packaging. It was flimsy and loosely packaged, largely unsecured with shoddy taping. It looked like product fell out and was shoved back into the box. Not at all representative of the premium price I paid for it. Inside the box was my Petsie just on top of wrinkled tissue paper. This is consistent with my Budsie experience. The so called “high quality craftsmanship” for an expensive keepsake did not extend to the customer experience of unpacking. Packing team needs to recognize this and do better.
