@kuizinas @zoe_colivas Honestly, you're not the only one. I'm not going to whine but, at this stage in our journey as a species, I'd expect that we'd have moved completely beyond the stage that we are, with regard to how so counterintuitive, even kind of archaic the existing processes for searching for and securing roles are, just generally.
It's not so much about getting the job so much as knowing for sure, that there just has to be a better way with all the development we've had in tech overall. It is mind-boggling and makes you wonder if it's not intentional. Just maybe.

@kuizinas I've been a beta tester of it and it's AMAZING! Well done 👏.
The only feedback I have is that I would like to have a search and filters feature to separate Contra from LI or X opportunities, and also an extra button right next to "not a fit" that says something like "not now" to show Indy that I liked that opportunity but I can't take it at the moment. Because now I feel that if I do nothing, Indy may think it's not what I like now and neither in the future.

I’ve had the chance to be an early tester of Indy AI and it’s fantastic! 👏
One thing I found especially exciting is the potential to expand the reach beyond the platform itself.
That’s a really powerful direction.
Something that could make the experience even smoother: having a “save for later” option would be super helpful for roles I’m interested in but can’t pursue at the moment.
Also, being able to sort or filter opportunities by the specific skills I’m focusing on would help surface the most relevant matches faster.
Have you considered integrating with platforms like Behance or Dribbble to discover opportunities there too?
It could be a great way to connect with even more creative projects.

It's like Google alerts but for opportunities that are found in your network.
I've never seen anything like this before, and I can totally see myself using this.

I’ve been lucky enough to get early access, and within minutes I knew: this changes the game. It’s fast, intuitive, and built like a personal assistant to help me find new gigs. Every detail feels purposeful nothing wasted, nothing extra. I know how much thought have been put into this.

Been using Contra for a year and a half. It’s been super interesting to see the evolution of the platform. The introduction of Indy AI feels like a major upgrade to how I can find job opportunities. It’s scans my LinkedIn feed and the Contra job feed and gives me a unified feed with all suitable jobs. The “Pro” subscriptions is definitely worth it now. Exciting times ahead.
