Hi Everyone, Kam from Papercups here. Papercups is an open source Intercom and Drift alternative. When we originally launched Papercups 8 months ago we’ve had requests from users asking us to launch an EU edition where we deploy our code to the EU to comply with the much stricter local data sovereignty laws like in countries in Germany. So after some coding and infrastructure work we launched Papercups EU where all of your customer data is hosted in the EU(Germany). Both Papercups and Papercups EU use the same source code. The main difference is Papercups EU is hosted in Europe. Additionally we also launched our reply from Mattermost for our privacy conscious users.
