I wonder if the biggest win is not just skipping the basics, but helping founders get past the “sounds interesting” layer and uncover actual past behavior, workarounds, and urgency faster.

Doing user interviews well requires the most human parts of our "human-ness", but they're soooo linear. Outset changes that by making them software-scale, without losing their "human-ness."

I've been in the research space for almost 10 years, and Outset is one of the most interesting products I've come across.
