For six years, I had poured myself into building job platforms, guiding over two million young job seekers each year toward their first professional opportunities. My inbox overflowed with stories from young people who hadn’t just found jobs—they’d discovered purpose, passion, and new beginnings. One story lingered in my mind: a young woman who had nearly given up after over 50 rejections. Then she found a role that felt tailor-made for her. After finding jobs, just clicking apply is needed or will I be redirected to the website where I manually upload the resume, cover letter etc ?

2 Redirect + Assist - For platforms that require manual uploads, we‘ll take you directly to the application page and provide auto-generated resumes, cover letters, and responses to streamline the process.
Our goal is to automate as much as possible while keeping you in control. Let us know what works best for you!

Even though I never did this (except for cover letters), I had thought this was a "best practice" since it's often difficult to fit all relevant experience into a one-page CV. So some people tend to highlight specific keywords or achievements that align with the role.
