    Pros:

Intuitive, fast and easy to use across teams. Plus a fresh product design.

    Cons:

    Nothing significant

Notejoy has figured out how to simplify what others have complicated when it comes to collaborating and sharing notes across teams.

Unlike competitive solutions (Asana, Evernote and Confluence), on-boarding colleagues is effortless. No training is required because of its intuitive interface. User tools are easily accessible and notes are well organized. The mobile app syncs as expected so notes are accessible on the go. My team has quickly embraced this product for those very reasons. We use it pretty much daily.

The product feels like a white canvas; not a cluttered window filled with distracting buttons, bars and ribbons. When using Notejoy, I feel focused and productive. This subtle point will be appreciated by those who crave clean interfaces.

    Pros:

Built with collaboration from ground up

    Cons:

Need to have your team commit!

I’ve been using Notejoy since it’s early MVP to collaborate with a friend on a project. It has been fantastic and made Is more productive. Even better is that the founders are super responsive to questions and feedback. This is a true labor of love for them and it shows!

    Pros:

    Beautiful text editor

    Cons:

I think they've fixed most of the cons

I've been using Notejoy since its earlier version back in April! It's a beautiful text editor that makes it easy to organize and find things, unlike gDocs. I would say the biggest pros are the way it sorts / organizes files, and how clean the actual editor is. It's also good on collaboration, but that's almost a given.

    Pros:

Beautiful UX, light-weight, great organization, iOS app

    Cons:

    Nothing

We've been using Notejoy for the past few months at my company and we couldn't be happier. It's the perfect mix of light-weight notes and a powerful document editor with great support for teams.

Once I started using it, I found myself pasting thoughts in there right away. The search is way better and my docs are more organized and findable for the entire team. I put things in Notejoy that used to get lost in Google Docs or Slack, because this way I know I can get back to it. In our team, we use it to manage everything from to-do lists, place to store research and other things I just don't want to lose, and it's become a great place for us to work together!

    Pros:

    Fast, crisp, clean, yet robust

    Cons:

    None so far

True to its namesake, Notejoy has brought joy to taking notes. While my first instinct was "why wouldn't I just keep using Google docs," it only took creating & sharing my first note to fully appreciate how much cleaner, simpler, more shareable, and all-around more enjoyable this experience is.

If you've ever been frustrated at how annoying it is to share things on Evernote, or at how difficult it is to find things in Google Docs, Notejoy is exactly the solution for you!!

As a seasoned Growth guy, I'm also amazed at how fully baked this product is from the outset, with an awesome onboarding experience, seamless invitations/sharing/collaboration, detailed notification settings, and all the bells and whistles you wouldn't expect for years from launch!

We use NoteJoy and love it for our cross-company collaborations. Our biggest clients also uses notejoy to keep in sync, organize and exchange information wayyyy easier than email, and to communicate asynchronously (wayyyy easier than slack)

  • Pros:

easy to use, increase collaboration between teams, reduces email

    Cons:

    none

great platform to get projects that have endless stakeholders moving quickly off the ground. Makes it easy to stay informed and speeds up decision making. Would highly recommend! Most importantly, saves everyone from bottomless email chains and moves conversation to be in near real-time with good, easily discovered repository of materials.

    Pros:

Notejoy is fast, with a lightning fast search that helps me spend more time creating notes and less time organizing them.

    Cons:

Having a hard-time thinking of any.

I've been using Notejoy for over a year and a half and have hundreds of notes in my Notejoy notebooks. I use it in my role as a sales/ product specialist at Ingram Micro every day; jotting down notes from customer conversations, meeting minutes, and creating standard operating procedures that I share with the rest of my team. Notejoy is so quick that I use it as an instant "short term memory" while having conversations with our partners about complex situations with details that I have to remember. My team has also used OneNote in the past but Notejoy has turned out to be simpler to use for my team with basically no learning curve.

    Pros:

Ease of use, speed of rolling out to entire team, impactfulness on productivity and transparency

    Cons:

In-app messaging and permissions across users could be improved.

Notejoy has been transformative for our company. Prior to Notejoy, our internal company knowledge was scattered everywhere- stuck in Slack message pergatory, Google Docs, random emails, and an outdated corporate wiki. Almost overnight, Notejoy helped us completely transform how we managed our employee onboarding, training, day-to-day operations, document sharing, and process documentation. We are now more transparent than ever internally, since Notejoy helps each employee have access to all of the company's knowledgebase easily. It has empowered our individual team members, it also has made me feel more confident as a founder that our company's valuable intellectual property and proprietary knowledge is being accumulated in a centralized place. I say this without any exaggeration- Notejoy has positively impacted the way we run our entire business. I was skeptical initially as well- isn't this an unnecessary substitute for a combination of using Google Docs, internal wikis, and Slack? Trust me, it's so much more than that. You owe it to your company to try it out. Every single person on our team, whether individual contributor or manager, has found Notejoy to be pretty gamechanging.

    Pros:

Simple, elegant way to get your team on the same page

    Cons:

None, one more tool to manage?

There are a lot of tools aiming to make your team more efficient and organized. The problem is they tend to want to do everything and companies end up with multiple silos of information.

We were struggling with information being stored in google sheets, docs, trello, slack and whiteboards before we started using Notejoy in it's beta. As soon as we started, the value was immediate and it kept getting better the more our team adopted it.

One of the most valuable pieces of Notejoy is that it helps you clarify what should live in each system, making each one more useful. For us, it works as the glue that ties all the other apps & information into one place.

    Top ways we use Notejoy:

*Team Meetings: It also is one of the best ways to record team meetings - just the right amount of functionality to be super useful, not enough to slow down the most important part - taking notes and assigning owners.

*Joint action / grocery lists - it works as our system of record for very detailed lists, allowing us all to be on the same page.

*Client Notes - details about our clients, deep context around each of our clients, beyond CRM details.

In a very short time, Notejoy has quickly become an integral part of our process and helps us work smarter and more efficiently.

    Pros:

Beautifully designed, lightweight, stable. Helps you keep your notes and thoughts organized.

    Cons:

I will be extra happy when they launch the Android app :)

I've been using Notejoy for almost a year now, and I still use it almost daily. Even though I don't work with a team, I find Notejoy to be very valuable at keeping my thoughts organized. It has been proved extra useful for content creation and organization: from noting down brainstorm ideas, to posts drafting, to content calendar creation, to summarizing interview highlights, it does the work efficiently through a very smooth UI (something that other text productivity tools lack).

Its built in collaboration tools has proven worthy for me and my wife when planning together our future trips and big projects! And I'm sure a collaborative team would find them easy to use, non-invasive, efficient, and not having a steep learning curve.

    Pros:

Excellent syncing, friendly and intuitive UI/UX, easy to collaborate, and flexible to any individual and organizational need

    Cons:

Only wish I had this years ago

I was lucky enough to get early access to Notejoy almost a year ago, and even though I was a dedicated user of other productivity tools like Evernote and Google Docs, Notejoy blows them all away. I have even gone to the trouble of importing all my notes and documents off those platforms and into Notejoy.

If I look back on my career, I can't tell you how many times I've been tasked with a high priority initiative with the knowledge that someone must have already done similar or related work, and yet I've been forced to recreate all of it from scratch because no one in my network knows where all that prior work is saved (or the resident expert has retired or left). With Notejoy, it's never been easier for me to store, share, and distribute that knowledge, and it offers a natural platform that tracks and measures collaboration in a safe, secure, industrial-grade environment.

I've even taken to using Notejoy in my personal life, and my wife and I will collaborate on things like drawing up travel plans, updating old family recipes (sorry, grandma!), and even adding or crossing off shared life goals.

Notejoy is what you make of it. That's the beauty and simplicity of a very well-designed product. And with a free sign-up, the price is right. I know this sounds like an ad, but it's one of the few products that has worked its way into my daily life and maintains the same staying power at Day 300+ as it did Day 1.

  • Pros:

    Simple and fast, seamless collaboration

    Cons:

Everyone needs to be all-in for it to really shine

I've been using Notejoy for a few months now. It's a beautiful tool, and as I've told my friends, it's replaced Evernote in my taskbar for my go to note tool.

In a world crowded by Evernote, Google Keep, Apple Notes, Dropbox Paper, etc, Notejoy stands out due to it's focus on how information is /organized/ within your company. Libraries let you think of groups of notes as a single object, which can then be shared, linked, and collaborated on. Searching is simple and obvious a big step up from Docs.

It's about time someone brought the best of One Note, Slack, and Google Docs together under a single piece of software.

    Pros:

Very quick and responsive user interface, great mobile app, simple sharing features

    Cons:

    None

I started using Notejoy about a year ago and have been using it to facilitate note taking. Previously I was primarily using Evernote for this purpose and did not think I would be compelled to switch to Notejoy...I was very wrong. The user interface and is fantastic and the mobile and web app are much more responsive then Evernote.

I primarily use it in a medical setting where I often have to quickly refer to my notes for 15-20 seconds at a time. Notejoy is so responsive that short window is enough time to quickly search for a string and find the exact note/spot I am looking for. The speed is why I decided to port my legacy notes form Evernote over.

The speed is also why I started taking notes in situations where previously I would have been compelled just to remember an item. This product really lowers the activation cost of note taking.
