Hey 👋🏻 When I became team lead, my dev workflow broke. I went from managing one app to juggling multiple projects daily. Running pnpm dev everywhere was chaos - each project would spin up on a different port every time, which meant CORS configurations that worked yesterday would break today because the frontend was suddenly on a different port than what the backend expected. Add in OAuth callbacks hardcoded to specific ports, and I was spending more time debugging local setup than actually building. Built Nodev to fix that: one command, predictable ports, zero configuration headaches.
