Anything that brings clarity to solo business owners and allows them to drive forward unhindered by indecision is a valuable resource. @feralroo You've hit the nail on the head here, Roo. LLMs are great but often people burn a lot of time iterating prompts, and that's assuming they have a clue at all about how to take something from idea to execution - which many people rightly struggle with. An early way we thought of NOAN was to make high-level consultancy/strategy available to everyone, leveling the playing field so it wasn't just companies who could afford growth agencies or McKinsey/Bain/BCG that raked in the dough. If you can describe what makes you and your product special, and who you're trying to reach, NOAN will guide you through connecting the dots, and we think that's pretty special.
Congrats on the launch! I've been an early NOAN user and it really has saved me a ton of time. Not having to constantly remind each LLM with basic context about my business alone is huge, and Smart Block workflows work great. @ian_browne your AI assistant knows all your company details & data, and can take action for you, creating tasks, adapting & changing strategy within your knowledgebase, and through integrations testing content and pushing it where it needs to go. You don’t need to create complex prompts, just chat to it as if it’s a team member. Voice control of your company isn’t far off.

But What it can also do is actually change your knowledge for you. So for example if you want to make a change to something in your business - let's say the way you refer to a membership tier, and you can simply ask it to make that change. It'll then make the update, and it's immediately changed for every team member and everything they create or guidance they get from the assistant. If you've connected zapier and synced your web pages you can then just regenerate the copy and it will reference that new knowledge and update them. It's all done by just natural language.

@jonurbonas thanks! With Zapier you can send anything into NOAN, so AI meeting notes or google doc contents or ideas from Slack for instance. You can then use the assistant to recall and ideate or analyze them. And you can also zap the content you create to anywhere you need it - and even sync it, so that if you update your business you can also update that content. So for instance you change your pricing - you can just regenerate all the articles that mention it and it will be back and accurate.
