need4padel is a free B2B directory for the padel industry. Search and contact verified suppliers across the whole supply chain: court builders, equipment brands, surfacing, distributors and court tech. List your business free and get quote requests to your inbox.

Building infrastructure for a specific sport's business side is a niche a lot of bigger platforms overlook. What does "does business" cover — bookings, coaching, equipment, or all of it under one roof?

@ark_y_k @ark_y_k Thanks! You're right that the business side gets overlooked. Quick clarification on scope though: need4padel isn't player facing (no bookings or coaching). It's a B2B supplier directory connecting the people who build and run padel businesses (club owners, developers, investors) with their suppliers: court construction, equipment, accessories, and court technology, across 20+ countries in one place. The player side is well served already. Supplier discovery was the gap.
@francesco2689 Thanks for the correction — I'd read it as player-facing and that changes the picture entirely. A supplier directory is a much more defensible position than another booking app anyway; that market is crowded and this one isn't.
With B2B directories the hard part is usually which side you fill first. Suppliers won't list without buyers looking, buyers won't look at a thin directory. Which side did you start with, and did you have to seed the other manually to get it moving?

@ark_y_k Great question, and yes, that's exactly the tension. We started with supply and seeded it manually: the initial 80+ suppliers were compiled and verified by hand rather than waiting for self-signups, so buyers never hit a thin directory. The logic was that a builder or investor researching a club project needs to find real options immediately or they bounce, whereas suppliers will list once there's proven buyer intent. So supply first, manually, to make the buyer side worth showing up for. Now that there's inventory across 12 categories and 20+ countries, suppliers are starting to come inbound, which is the flip you're hoping for. Still early, but the cold start is behind us.
@francesco2689 Compiling and verifying 80+ by hand is the unglamorous answer and almost always the correct one. Waiting for self-signups means launching a directory that's empty on day one, and buyers only forgive that once.
What I'd want to know is what happens to that hand-verified quality as it scales. Eighty you can check personally; eight hundred you can't. Does verification stay manual as a deliberate constraint, or is there a point where suppliers self-serve and the bar quietly drops? That trade-off seems like the actual product decision hiding inside a directory.

Hi 👋,
Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the world right now. New clubs are opening everywhere.
But the moment you actually try to build one, the industry disappears.
Who makes the courts? Who supplies the turf, the lighting, the booking software?
Today the answer lives in Facebook groups, WhatsApp threads and whoever you happened to meet at a trade show.
That is why we built need4padel: an independent B2B directory for the padel industry.
80+ verified companies across 10+ categories and 20+ countries
Court builders, turf, lighting, equipment, court tech, booking platforms and more
Request quotes from multiple suppliers in one place
Free tools, including a court cost estimator calibrated across 6 markets
Free to browse, no login
Two asks:
If you work in padel, tell me what is missing from the directory.
If you run a padel supplier, reply and I will get you listed.
Happy to answer anything in the comments 🎾

UPVOTED!! The part that resonated with me wasn't that padel is growing, it was your point that supplier information only exists in whatsapp groups, facebook posts and trade shows. that painted a much clearer picture of the problem than a feature list ever could. congrats on the launch 👏
